LOMBARD CHARACTER COUNTS! COALITION

The Lombard CC! Coalition includes representatives from schools, community, village and youth-service organizations. The Coalition meets monthly.

Lombard CHARACTER COUNTS! is a member of Healthy DuPage. This organization is a Coalition of other character development communities that meets monthly. The goals are:

 

  1. To encourage, facilitate, and coordinate the adoption of community-based character development initiatives in all of DuPage County.
  2. To foster the establishment of multi-sector, character development coalitions in every community.
  3. To establish a resource center of sample character development materials.
  4. To coordinate the character development efforts throughout the County by working with countywide organizations.

The Coalition also has reached out into the community to seek partners with various local businesses that have joined in supporting our work by becoming a member of the CHARACTER COUNTS!
